Sales Tax

All orders placed in Illinois (USA) are subject to Illinois sales tax. You are responsible to report sales tax to your state if you are not located in Illinois.

Prices

MeerKat Systems, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in design, material, specification, or price without notice. All orders will be processed according to the prices in effect at the date of shipment, unless notified otherwise.

Guarantee/Warranty

Our products carry a 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the ship date. Products manufactured by MeerKat Systems, Inc. have a 1 year warranty from the ship date. Distributed parts or products made by other manufacturers are covered by manufacturers' warranties. As of  09/21/2009 our solderless proto-boards [20-000-019, 20-000-021 through 20-000-027] have a 2 year warranty from ship date. This guarantee/warranty shall not apply to any item where defects have been caused by improper customer assembly, failure by customer to follow instructions, product modification, negligent or improper operation.

Shipping Policy

• All products are shipped using either USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• Total purchase price of  more than $5.00 are required to be insured.
• You may choose to insure purchases of  less than $5.00.
• FedEx and UPS provide Loss/Damage protection up to $100 per shipment. Both will charge a fee if additional insurance is required

We usually ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment. All US domestic orders are shipped with tracking numbers supplied by the third party (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please be aware that from time to time package can be lost or delayed, this is beyond our control. We suggest that you insure your package for loss and damage during shipping, we are not responsible for package that are not insured and are lost or damaged in transit.

International orders shipped USPS First Class International Mail do not have tracking numbers but are supplied with customs numbers. As with all international orders shipped USPS, requires us to hand the package to the US Postal Clerk who will then enter the customs number into their systems. The time and date are shown on the tracking info from USPS. We suggest that you insure your package for loss and damage during shipping, we are not responsible for package that is not insured and is lost or damaged in transit.

Return Policy

• Returned Parts will not be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued from MeerKat Systems, Inc.
• All products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in new or original (non-damaged) packaging.
• Items sent for return consideration will be immediately denied and MeerKat Systems, Inc., return policy will not be honored in the event that a return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged.
• MeerKat Systems, Inc. recommends that you insure the package you are returning and we are not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
• Postage and handling charges, both to and from us will be paid by you, the customer, and is nonrefundable.
• All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt! Returns processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your return is received.
